These Terms of Service apply to your use of loneedit.com and purchases from Lone Edit, operated by Cobalt Commerce LLC.
References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean Cobalt Commerce LLC trading as Lone Edit.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information about orders and personal information.
Use of the Website
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or use the website under the supervision and authorization of a parent or guardian where permitted by law.
You must provide accurate order, contact and payment information and be authorized to use the payment method provided.
You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights or interference with the security or operation of our services.
Products and Descriptions
Product pages identify the items offered, their prices and included components. Please review these details before purchasing.
Images and descriptions should accurately represent the product. Screen settings may cause minor color differences, but they do not change our responsibility to supply the item as described.
Follow the instructions and precautions supplied with each product. Contact help@loneedit.com before ordering if you need additional product information.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly shown.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by Lone Edit are displayed before payment. Our Shipping Policy and any pre-purchase disclosures explain import charges that may be payable separately.
Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order without your consent.
Payments are handled by the payment providers available at checkout.
Order Confirmation and Availability
After an order is placed, we send an order confirmation.
We may need to verify payment or clarify order details before fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling the order as placed, we will contact you and explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund.
We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, legal restrictions, stock problems or material pricing errors.
If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amounts due for the canceled items and any applicable delivery charges.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery is estimated to take up to 15 business days after shipment. Allow up to 18 business days for processing and delivery under normal conditions.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Products are shipped from China through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Lone Edit remains your point of contact for order questions and applicable remedies.
Delivery estimates do not remove mandatory rights relating to shipment delays, cancellation or non-delivery. Our Shipping Policy explains tracking, shipping charges, import charges and delay procedures.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop or update fulfillment, but an order that has already shipped may need to follow the applicable return process.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
Change-of-mind returns must be unused and meet the stated return conditions. Restrictions on these returns do not remove remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the return procedure, postage responsibility, hygiene restrictions and refund timing.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

We may contact you about payment verification, fulfillment, shipment, returns or other matters relating to your order.
Marketing communications are handled according to your choices and applicable law.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Shopify and Personal Information
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and the payment providers used at checkout process personal information to operate the store, handle payments, prevent fraud and provide the services used by the store.
Information may also be shared with suppliers, carriers and other service providers in other countries where necessary to provide those services.
Our Privacy Policy explains these activities and how to contact us about your personal information.
Intellectual Property
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorization.
Third-Party Services
Services operated by third parties may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
This does not reduce our responsibilities as the seller of products ordered from Lone Edit.
Website Availability and Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may carry out maintenance or correct errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights, product remedies or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future orders. Updates will show a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed.
